Dr Mohamed Rouainia - Challenge 3

My research interests and expertise range from the fundamental mechanical properties of geological materials to the large-scale response of geotechnical structures under complex loading scenarios. I have worked extensively on the development and implementation of multi-surface soil plasticity models for soils and rocks at several centres of excellence. Recently, I have been involved in an industry consortium funded project to investigate overpressure in clastic sedimentary rocks.
